PCS privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy applies only to the PCS — Perfect Coding Studio website and communication with the studio. It does not govern data processing within Fishing Mirror.

2. Data controller

The controller of data supplied in correspondence is PCS Michał Jeruzalski, address: Tuczna 147A, 21-523 Tuczna. Privacy contact: contact@pcsstudio.pl.

3. Contacting the studio

Sending an email provides your email address and any information in your message. These data are used to handle your enquiry and correspondence. The basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in responding (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or Article 6(1)(b) for steps before entering into a contract. Providing data is voluntary but may be needed to reply.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, requested resources and browser information in technical logs needed for operation and security. Hosting and email services may use data processors. Information about service providers, log retention and any transfers outside the EEA can be obtained by contacting the controller.

5. Accounts, app data and analytics

The PCS website has no user accounts and does not store or synchronise Fishing Mirror data. It uses no advertising, external analytics, tracking pixels or tracking cookies. Website assets are served locally. Contact takes place in your email application; this website does not store message contents on its server.

6. Retention

Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry, and afterwards only as required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Service retention details will be aligned with the chosen providers.

7. Your rights

Within the conditions set by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction and object to processing; portability applies where its statutory conditions are met. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO. Use the controller’s privacy contact to exercise your rights. This website does not profile visitors or make automated decisions.

8. Fishing Mirror policy

The app maintains its separate Fishing Mirror privacy policy.

9. Policy changes

This policy will be updated if changes to the website or its services affect data processing.
